I am...just who am I?  I am a spectacular wife.  I am a brilliant mom.  I am a sensational grandma.  I am a talented musician.  I am a teacher.  I am a connected herbalist.  Over the course of the last two years, I have had the opportunity to become very intentional about who I am.  For many years, as my children were growing up I was a single mom who worked full time and went to school as I earned my Bachelor's of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in Elementary Education and later earned a Master's degree from Grand Canyon University.  One of my proudest moments was walking across the stage at NAU to receive my diploma.  I'd spent most of my life thinking I wasn't smart but that experience--as a mid-30's single mom, taught me differently.  I taught General Music in Arizona for several years.   Four years ago, I reconnected with a high school crush, we married and created a family with each of us bringing our youngest children into the deal.  That day was most excellent and our adventures non-stop with the latest being a move to Minnesota!  Yep!  These native Arizonians are becoming Minnesotans!   News of Grandchild #1 did shake me up a bit but from that came a passion for herbal studies--and especially for being "Honey"!  I am so grateful for The Herbal Academy of New England and the countless people who have shared their knowledge and learning.  As great as the moment was upon receiving my degrees, receiving my certificate of completion for each course I have taken is just as big a deal!   As a musician, I understand very well how the frequencies of music impact the world around us and I use music to infuse everything I make with positive and uplifting vibrations.  As an herbalist, however, "young" I understand the value each herb has and what a gift I have been given to spend my days with them.  I am committed to continuing my studies and applying the knowledge gained so that my family continues to benefit and so your family does, too.  Trusting the process of life has opened my eyes to the possibilities we all have to be intentional about who we are and I love who I AM.
